Miracle Uptown
The Miracle pop-up at Royal 38 in Uptown takes walk-ins, has a full holiday cocktail menu where you can buy the festive glasses you’re drinking from, and the entire space dripping in Christmas lights! This needs to be one of your first stops this year — it's ALWAYS a hit.
Yellow Rosa
No matter what the weird winter weather in Texas is doing, it's snowing all season at Yellow Rosa in Deep Ellum! They've got: stunning Christmas decor, over-the-top holiday cocktails, snow flurries that fall every 30 minutes and a 360-degree video booth to capture the perfect holiday memories with your besties!
Miracle Frisco
Folks in and around Collin County have their very own Miracle Pop-up experience waiting for them at The Aussie Grind coffee shop! They also, of course, take walk-ins at this Miracle location, have a full holiday cocktail menu where you can buy the festive glasses you’re drinking from, and the entire space dripping in Christmas lights!
The Village
The Christmas Bar at the Village is a brand new pop-up option in Dallas this year, and it is DECKED OUT, y'all! The Village is the perfect place to sip on boozy hot cocoa and listen to your favorite holiday tunes! They even have Christmas movies playing in the lounge with a real fireplace that makes the room feel extra cozy!
Tipsy Elf
You don't have to worry about getting on Santa's nice list over at this holiday pop-up. The Tipsy Elf is welcoming everyone who's been naughty this year (and encouraging more mayhem) with TWO bars filled with several cocktail options and an unlimited amount of photo-ops! And, you can even party throughout the season with special events, too, during Nights with Daddy Santa, an Ugly Sweater Party, Karoling Karaoke, and Drag Bingo with Mrs. Claus. You can visit the Tipsy Elf over at the Mermaid Bar Dallas on Wednesdays through Fridays from 5 PM to 12 AM and Saturdays through Sundays from 3 PM to 12 AM.

ADolphus Winter Village
A Christmas and Apres Ski-inspired rooftop bar experience in downtown Dallas? Immediately yes! The Adolphus Hotel's Winter Village is BACK for their 4th annual holiday pop-up, and this poolside Christmas spot is poppin’ with live music and a festive menu that will meet and exceed all your boozy needs. Head to the rooftop for stunning views of downtown Dallas with a spiked drink in hand, under a cabin or next to one of the fires to get in the holiday spirit!
Hudson House
It's baaaack! The Hudson House on Lovers Lane has hauled out the holly and decorated for Christmas! On top of the amazing food that you can find at the restaurant, the Peppermint Martini has also returned to the menu for the season! And, trust us... You're going to want to have more than one! 😉 PRO TIP: Make a reservation for The Hudson House before you visit, so you can get straight to sipping on some cocktails and sharing some mac & cheese!

Hotel Vin
You might know Grapevine as the Christmas Capital of Texas, but it's also home to Hotel Vin's igloo bubble bars! Each of the igloos are decked out in ski lodge decor, like fur blankets, heaters, and more to make the atmosphere extra cozy. And, you can book the igloos for different experiences, including happy hour bubbles, two hour lounge bubbles, or the complete set-up with a full dining bubble that comes with a 3-course dinner and a bottle of wine. But, no matter what experience you choose, you won't want to miss the themed sips on the cocktail menu, too! Hotel Vin's igloo bubble bars will be up through Valentine's Day, so you have plenty of time to visit through the new year!

st. Henry's
One of our FAVORITE holiday pop-ups is making Downtown Dallas extra merry this holiday season! The Henry has transformed its rooftop bar into St. Henry's, complete with gorgeous decorations and views of the city. You'll find themed eats and treats on the menu, along with over 15 cocktails, frozen sips, and shots, too! But, if you're visiting with a group of friends, St. Henry's tequila tree is the way to go with 4 flavors of margaritas, serving up to 8 drinks amongst your party! Cover charge is a $6 donation per person at the door that will benefit the North Texas Food Bank. You can make reservations to visit St. Henry's now through January 1st!
